Michael E. Rapier, president, is a Professional Land Surveyor
licensed in the State of Illinois. He has over 30 years of experience in
route surveys, right of way acquisition for highway projects, hydraulic
survey for watershed/scour studies, GPS mapping control,
subdivision and topographic mapping. Mr. Rapier has surveyed in
many different counties throughout the state for many clients
including the Illinois Department of Transportation, Capitol
Development Board, County Highway Departments, commercial
entities, developers and private residences.

Rick A. Irwin, is our Chief Surveyor and a Professional Land
Surveyor licensed in the State of Illinois. He has over 29 years of
experience in the surveying field, experience that includes right of way
surveys, route surveying, construction inspection, boundary surveys,
GPS surveys, etc. Mr. Irwin has performed numerous projects
throughout the state.

Burt E. Bradley, is the firms CAD Manager and computer specialist.
He has over 19 years experience working as a specialist performing
CAD services using AutoCad, Microstation and PC Survey. Mr.
Bradley is also experienced working in the field as a survey
technician.

Rapier Surveying runs 2 full time survey crews and has full time
office staff allowing us to be available to our clients when we are
needed. We work to maintain our reputation for being extremely

professional firm where the primary focus was surveying,
thereby allowing us to provide the client with a high level
